The apartment is designed to accommodate large families or a good group of friends, as it can host up to 8 guests with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area with kitchen, dining, and lounge space.
Bedroom 1: for 2 guests, featuring a double bed and a French door opening onto the patio. The walls are painted in a soft green, giving the room a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, in harmony with the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation.
Bedroom 2: this spacious room can accommodate 3–4 guests, with a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a single or double bed. Painted in earthy tones reminiscent of the local landscape, it combines warm shades of white, evoking the beaches, with soft, muted terracotta hues, creating a welcoming and relaxing ambiance.
Like all bedrooms in the villa’s apartments, this room also has a French door with direct access to the outdoors. This bedroom features its own private bathroom, accessible directly from the room. If desired, this bedroom with bathroom can be made independent from the rest of the apartment thanks to its separate entrance and a corridor with a door that separates it from the living area.
The living area is arranged with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space with an extendable table and chairs, and a sofa bed positioned in front of the TV.
The sofa can also be converted into a double bed, allowing two additional guests to stay in the apartment, who can enjoy privacy by closing the doors along the corridors leading to the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is fitted with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and dishes.
One of the two small corridors has been set up as a laundry/storage area and includes a washing machine.
Both bathrooms have windows and are fully equipped with all fixtures, a shower with glass enclosure, and a hairdryer available for use.
This apartment features two dedicated outdoor areas:
- The first, in front of the living area, marks the entrance and is partially shaded by a gazebo with a table and chairs. In the same small square, sun loungers are arranged, and in a more secluded corner there is a brick BBQ, a hot-water outdoor shower, and a sink.
- The second outdoor area is located on the opposite side of the living room, serving as the entrance to the larger bedroom. This space has been made welcoming with a small seating area with two chairs and a table.
The apartment offers a variety of comforts and amenities, including air conditioning with units in every room, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and mosquito nets on doors and windows, to name just a few.

- the minimum number of booked nights,
- the number of apartments selected.
During peak season, stays of at least one week are preferred, but we remain flexible for special requests.

Please note that final cleaning fees, bed and bath linen (if requested), and a security deposit payable in cash at check-in (refunded at check-out if no damages are found) are charged separately.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance can be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by bank transfer on the day of your arrival.
Our cancellation policy is valid up to 60 days before your arrival date.
