This apartment is a haven of peace and elegance, arranged on two split levels with just four steps separating the sleeping quarters from the living area.
The spacious open-plan area is designed as a living space of over 40 sqm, airy and bathed in natural light thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows that create a seamless connection with the outdoors.
Two comfortable sofas can be converted into a double bed and a queen-size bed respectively, and can remain open without obstructing the space. The TV is elegantly set above the original fireplace (now decorative) and is visible from every corner of the room.
The modern designer kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, complete with premium cookware and tableware.
The dining area, featuring an extendable table and chairs, is perfectly positioned right in front of the kitchen.
Beyond this expansive space, just one step up, you will find the bathroom, which features a window and is complete with all fixtures, a glass-enclosed shower, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
The remaining three steps lead to the master bedroom, decorated in a soft green inspired by the colors of the surrounding nature. Secluded from the main living area, it offers direct outdoor access through large French doors.
The outdoor area wraps around two sides of the apartment; one serves as the private entrance, while the other hosts a gazebo with a dining table and chairs, along with sun loungers. A dedicated garden corner features a built-in BBQ, an outdoor hot-water shower, and a sink.
The apartment offers numerous comforts and amenities, including air conditioning with individual units in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, and mosquito screens on all doors and windows, to name just a few.

Rates for each apartment vary based on:
- The season,
- The number of guests,
- The minimum length of stay,
- The number of apartments selected.
During peak season, we generally prefer stays of at least one week; however, we remain flexible for special requests.

Please note that final cleaning fees, bed linen, and towels (if requested) are charged separately. A security deposit is required in cash upon check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damages have occurred.
To secure your reservation, a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, either in cash or via bank transfer on the day of your check-in.
Our cancellation policy is valid up to 60 days prior to your arrival date.
